Unresolved emotions can block our reception of God's grace.

Peace is also one of those things that requires patience and persistence. We make so much progress against old habits and thoughts and false beliefs. Then we take a couple steps back. It's then we need to remember that the lessons, the journey and the process are just as important as the goal.

When I enter in to a struggle with someone, I inevitably loose contact with my sense of inner peace for a time. When I steadfastly refuse to engage, I am able to maintain a balanced peace.

What do you need most right now? Provide it.

As excruciatingly difficult as it is to face the beast sometimes; the feeling of freedom and peace afterwards is well worth pursuing the release. The beast is sometimes old brainwashing. The resulting feelings, while real, may not be current. Sometime it's just the shadows of memories that need to be updated. We have the power to change our memories.

We overcome a particular consciousness. As we overcome this consciousness, we become the open door for light to stream through to help others trapped in this consciousness. We have the right to call for the source of this consciousness to be removed from this planet.

When have you felt most peaceful? Think about what has worked best. Do what ever that is now. Clear the time. Make the arrangements. Reclaim your deepest peace.

Forgiveness: To cease to harbor resentment.

Did you ever think of feeling resentment and anger in terms of harboring or giving refuge to beings of resentment and anger?

Forgiveness is the mental, emotional and/or spiritual process of ceasing to feel resentment or anger against another person for a perceived offence, difference or mistake, or ceasing to demand punishment or restitution. ...

(Quoted from Master Keys to Spiritual Freedom by Kim Michaels)

"I have said that a Christed being goes into the world to give people a real choice between the reality of Christ and the illusions of anti-Christ. Yet you cannot make people understand the difference through intellectual reasoning, so you must demonstrate the difference. One way to do this is to demonstrate that you do not react and respond to life and other people in a dualistic manner. You do not allow outer circumstances or other people to take away your peace of mind, your inner oneness with your higher being...In order for you to be in a state of mind in which you are not tempted to respond dualistically, you must enter into a state of perpetual and unconditional forgiveness."

April 20, 2008

We each have the power to choose. Free will enables us to have that power. We each need to determine to choose to change how we act, how we respond, how we think, how we feel. We need to remember we are loved.

April 19, 2008

How do peace and healing relate? Is peace a component or the actual journey? Does one need to consciously move into greater depths of peace in order to heal? Is it interactive, meaning that levels of healing allow one to move deeper into peace?

Freedom, then peace for Tibet and all it's people.

April 17, 2008

Sometimes in an effort to protect those we love, we foolishly try to separate ourselves from them; when we should actually be standing strong in oneness with them.

April 16, 2008

When there are so many good people thru out the world, surely there is great potential and power for peace.

April 15, 2008

May peace be with, surround and infuse each person working for the IRS today.

April 14, 2008

Did you meditate in your heart this morning? Did you start the day thinking about some problem? Or did you take a moment to center yourself in peace, first? Center in peace now. Ask our Beloved Jesus Christ into your heart and to fill your heart with peace.

April 13, 2008

WAKE UP! Awaken to the need for new ideas. Awaken to the benefits of diversity. Demand creativity. It is a birth right. Awaken to how tolerance of the differences in peoples actually reminds us of our oneness. The call is sent out to AWAKE.

Deep in tax forms. I guess something can be said for holding peace thru that. It helps to remember I AM loved.

April 11, 2008

Mother Mary says when you are ready to surrender something, you'll drop it like a hot coal. After looking for the cause of a specific feeling, I received the thought: Why don't you surrender that core feeling/belief? Oh my! The immediate flood of freedom and love was extraordinary.

April 10, 2008

Peace is a choice. A willingness to look honestly at emotions and thoughts. A surrendering into non-attachment.

April 9, 2008

When you receive a gift from a spiritual teacher, try adding something to that gift and returning it to your teacher. See what happens.

April 8, 2008

When is the last time you pushed yourself to trust yourself, pushed yourself as hard as you would in training to win a place on a team?  How deep do you have to dig to trust yourself?

April 7, 2008

Truth is in the heart.

April 6, 2008

PEACE! My peace I give to you. Place what ever is detracting from your peace in the heart of Gautama Buddha and he will give you back peace in your heart.

April 5, 2008

I stepped into fear yesterday. At least, I called on support from my family and friends. With their help the fear receded enough for me to see that events were being perhaps divinely orchestrated for the good. If I can see a pattern of the divine, then there must be little reason for the fear. And so I move from fear back into trust and feel a warm calm again.

I forgot to be firmly devoted to peace. I forgot to attune myself to Jesus Christ and to Gautama Buddha. How could a person just forget? My word, how silly. Started focusing on the problems in the world and just forgot. What a subtle invasion.

April 4, 2008

Beloved I AM Presence, Please give me the wherewithal to trust you implicitly, thru intense personal emotions, thru family emergencies, thru difficulties at work, thru all of it at once. I love you.

April 2 & 3, 2008

(Quoted from The Art of Non-war, by Kim Michaels)

"Yet in order to awaken another, one must first remove the consciousness of war from one's own mind!"

"This teaching is a gift to those who have realized the timeless truth that in order to change the world, one must begin by changing oneself."

Oh that each of the cultures of the world would strive to forgive the past, forgive their ancestors, forgive those who harmed their ancestors, forgive themselves, seek more from life, look forward, move on. (No fooling!)

This energy is sent out thru the protective filter of Father/Mother God's will
